By virtue of legal notice 137 of 2019, the Registry of Companies has changed its name to the ‘Malta Business Registry’. This change co-insides with the agency’s move to its new offices in Zejtun, Malta. This change compliments the agency’s aim to modernize its systems (through, for example, the transposition of the registry on a blockchain) to further enhance Malta’s position as a financial center of choice.
